Fall Fly Fishing

For those of you who like to fly fish, it is becoming prime time. The Cottonwoods are turning yellow. The Aspens are just about to start changing. Beauty is everywhere.
Two events happen in the fall:
1. Koakonee Salmon start their venture up river.
2. Browns spawn.
This makes for some aggressive eats!
Oh, and there are less people on the river so you can find a little more sanctuary than normal.
If you are out of town and need some advice on where to go, what flies to fish with, etc., just shoot my husband an email at john@troutprophets.com. He carries his outfitter's license and knows a couple things about fishing the rivers around here. He will be happy to answer your questions.
