Black Canyon Homes was amazing to work with. They were quick to get back to me. I inquired about a house and they scheduled a showing the very next day. They were always immediately available to answer my questions with a great response time. Super friendly staff that were great at communicating and always eager to help. Went went from the first showing to closing in 3 weeks, they were super fast and very proficient. would highly recommend them and will use them again.

John was an amazing realtor. He helped us with a very difficult purchase. We were moving to the Montrose area from out of state and had a very small time frame to find a new home. After a few attempts, that did not work out for us, John and his team worked through a very important weekend to their family just to help us.
